THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF SOUTH HURON HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION IS HAVING A PARTY! Please join us for this special event that will see the hospital mark its past: 2015 marks the 62nd Birthday of the Hospital which officially opened in January 1953.   Fundraiser for VON Perth-Huron
VON Perth-Huron is hosting a Fund-raiser for the VON Palliative Care Volunteer Program at Crabby Joes, Monday March 9th at 6:00pm. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children. Tickets are available at VON Exeter office through kim.winbow@von.ca and Stratford office thruangela.powell@von.ca. Dinner is all you can eat spaghetti served with salad & garlic toast with a non-alcoholic beverage.

  It's an Honour Travelling Exhibit at SHDHS
South Huron District High School is hosting the "It's an Honour" travelling exhibit on March 9th and 10th. Students will visit the displays during the school day, and it is open to the general public from 3:00pm to 6:00 pm each day. The exhibit includes copies of the Victoria Cross, the Order of Canada, the Bravery medals such as the Star of Courage, as well as other decorations and medals presented to Canadians.

  St. Patty's Dance for grades 6,7,8
The Seaforth Agricultural Society is hosting a St. Patty's Dance for grades 6,7, and 8. It takes place Friday, March 13th from 7-10pm at the C4th Agriplex. It's $5 at the door and there are tons of prizes to be won.

  St. Patrick's Dance
The North Middlesex Firefighters Association - Parkhill Station - is hosting their Annual St. Patricks Dance, March 14th 2015 at the Parkhill Community Centre. This is the inaugural year for what promises to be a fun filled evening with DJ, dancing and late lunch provided by the Parkhill Legion. The event runs from 9 till 1 and tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. Tickets can be obtained from any firefighter or look for more info on Facebook. Proceeds go to the Firefighter's Fund and will stay in the community.

Hosted by the Grand Cove Social committee, the St. Patricks celebration takes place, Saturday at 5:30. HAPPY HOUR: 5:30-6:30 PM, SUPPER: 6:30, BEEF STEW & DESSERT. Entertainment features DJ'S BILL NEELY AND BOB ELLISON 7:30 PM. BYOB. Tickets are $8.00 for Grand Cove Estates members, and $9 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the clubhouse Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays-12:30-2:30 PM until MARCH 11.

Have some March break fun at the visitor's centre at Bruce Power. There will be exhibits, film presentations, energy activities and prizes from 9am until 4pm March 16th-20th. Free admission! Children are asked to be accompanied by adults please. The location is 3394 Bruce Rd 20, north of Tiverton, west of Highway 21.

Naturally Awesome Adventures event will take place Saturday March 21st, from 10:30 to noon at the Pinery Park Visitor's Centre. Topic: The Top 50 Things to Do Outside before the age of 12. It's a great event for the whole family for the last weekend of March Break, put on by The Friends of Pinery Park. Just let them know at Main Gate you are coming in to the Visitors Centre for this event and it will be Free Admission.
