  One Care's Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament
One Care's Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament is being held on August 6th, at Woodland Links in Clinton. Tee-off starts at 10:00 am. Golfers are asked to register by August 1st. 18 holes is $85.00 per person and 9 holes is $65.00 per person. A cart and a full-course barbecue chicken dinner are included in the registration cost. Each golfer gets a prize, and there is a silent auction with lots of great items to bid on! All of the money raised supports One Care clients in Huron and Perth County.   2 Syrian families coming to live in Exeter
Exeter Christian Reformed Church will be welcoming a refugee family on August 9th and a week later on Aug. 16, the United Church will meet the second family. Volunteers have prepared homes for the 2 families and look forward to meeting them and helping them settle. For more info, check here.

On Aug. 13th, the Kincardine Stamp Club will hold its 32nd annual stamp show. Out first show was in 1985 and as all of our previous shows we will have collectors and dealers from across Ontario attending. We will also have free stamps for the kids as well as information for anyone wanting to start collecting. Collections can be broughb in for a free inspection and to get an idea of the value.
