Visit with Santa for a canned good donation to our Adopt a Family Campaign. Hensall Legion Branch 468 will be conducting a Poppy Drive in Hensall on November 3rd. The poppy is the symbol of Remembrance Day. Replica poppies are sold by the Royal Canadian Legion to raise money for veterans in need.

  STOP - Quit Smoking Workshop
Ready for a change? Looking to leave the pack behind? Whatever your motivation if you're thinking of quitting smoking the Huron County Health Unit can help eligible individuals with free nicotine replacement therapy. The Huron County Health Unit is offering a STOP (Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients) on November 6/14 @ 5:00pm in Goderich ON. The workshop arms you with information about how to make your own personal quit plan, tips on how to cope with cravings, as well as how to properly use nicotine replacement therapy. As an added bonus, for those eligible participants, we can offer you five weeks of nicotine patches for free. Pre-registration is required. Please register early! Eric Campbell Ford Lincoln is bringing Ford Motor Company of Canada Ltd.'s innovative Drive 4 UR Community program to Exeter in an effort to raise funds for South Huron Minor Hockey. For every person who test drives a Ford vehicle at the South Huron Recreational Centre at 94 Victoria Street E in Exeter on Saturday November 8, Eric Campbell Ford Lincoln will donate $20 to support local minor hockey teams. The event will raise funds that help to keep registration costs low so that all families are able to take part in minor hockey. The public is invited to participate by visiting the South Huron Recreation Centre between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday November 8, 2014
